The manufacturing system in Kemas adopted many aspects from the Japanese standards. The system was gradually built based on our many years of early experience in supporting the Japanese cosmetic packaging market. The founder’s early experience working in the cosmetic packaging industry was in Revlon plant where the Japanese system and supervisors were implemented. Our KPTM (Kemas Product Test Method) and WA system uses JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) Z9015 as its guidelines to ensure highest quality for our customers.
